In the past few years, NISBAU GmbH has emerged on the German market as the leading manufacturer of fully mobile concrete mixing systems.

Our concrete batching plants have a capacity of 30 to 100 m³/hour that offers the best price/performance ratio. The NISBAU GmbH concept provides the customer with the possibility to install a completely functional concrete batching plant within 1-2 days at any construction site. This offers our customers the option to tap into completely new markets. Since the concrete batching plant is not stationary, it can be moved wherever there is a need or a project must be completed.

Mobility and flexibility

Since stationary concrete batching plants can only be moved to a distance of approximately 100 km, NISBAU GmbH provides its customers the option to participate in calls for tenders, where the construction site is 500 km or even 1000 km away. Ones you have been awarded the contract, you will need only 2-3 semi trailer tractors (standard transportation) to move the entire concrete batching plant to the construction site, assemble the plant in 1-2 days and immediately thereafter start the production on-site.
During the development of our products, mobility, efficiency and quality remain our main focus. Based on this premise, our entire plant can be transported by semitrailers and do not require special permits for extra heavy and wide loads. In order to guarantee company mobility of our concrete batching plants, we have developed a brand-new horizontal silo system. These new horizontal silos were also designed to be transported by a flatbed trailer; and once the system arrives at the production site, they can be ready for operation within two hours. To give you more mobility and flexibility, our unique horizontal silo systems can be mounted on a chassis.
