Our concrete batching plants can be leased for a minimum of 6 months (max. 36 months). When leasing one of our mobile concrete batching plants (incl. silo and screw conveyors), the customer signs a leasing or rental contract with one of our partner banks (IKB, UniCredit, VR-Leasing) for the duration specified by the customer. Both options are as simple as paying your monthly rent - you agree to make monthly payments to the respective bank. Depending on how the customer intends to set off the rent against his tax liability, he may arrange to sign a leasing contract or arrange an instalment purchase. The monthly rental payments also include an insurance against damage to the plant. The costs for the transport, as well as the installation and disassembly costs, are already included in the monthly rental payments.

During the entire lease/rent period you are not alone. We will assist you with our expertise all along. The installation cost of the plant is already included in the lease/rental cost, so is the training of your staff. In the unlikely event that you encounter problems with the system, the plant is equipped with a remote maintenance unit and the initial full analysis can be carried out online - you don't have to wait for one of our service engineers. Furthermore, a maintenance contract will be signed that ensures a visit by the NISBAU maintenance team at regular intervals and the replacement of wear parts, if necessary. You just keep producing - we take care of the rest!
