Euromix HYBRID

Euromix Hybrid is a semi-mobile plant that combines a concrete plant with a pure HGT plant.

General

Timely recycled materials and HGT (hydraulically bound base layers) plays an increasingly larger role in the production of concrete. HGT is a cheap alternative for structures made of concrete,in which very large quantities of concrete are needed. For example there are growing numbers of projects like dams and roads where worldwide HGT concrete is used.

In addition to the traditional concrete production over batching plants in this case it is more useful to run continuous mixing plants.
Euromix Hybrid can operate in continuous and in batch processes, therefore the entrepreneur is aible to choose both production variants. The change can be completed within a few minutes. By installing a specially designed double shaft paddle mixer, which allows both types of production, we the Nisbau GmbH have developed a system that matches to the today's requirements.

Output capacity

An output performance in continuous operation from 130-200m³/h and an output performance in the regular batch of 130m³/h allows every contractor unprecedented flexibility in concrete production and utilization of recycling.
In batch operation the EUROMIX HYBRID works as a conventional concrete mixing plant. All aggregates will be weighed separately on verifiable weighing system and transported to the mixer, so you can also produce quality concrete according to EN 206th.

Other features:

All weighing systems can also be "KOMO-certified", with this the EUROMIX HYBRID fullfills all strict European rules concerning the calibration.
Through the T-shape, the space requirements of the system is reduced many times, whereby the productivity is maximized as there are two independent systems for weighing the aggregates dosage.

With the EUROMIX HXBRID Nisbau GmbH has developed a multi-purpose facility, which leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
