Mobility
Designed for optimal mobility, our team of engineers have drawn up a concept during the development that allows you to choose a variety of different fields of applications and to use them as a location for your activities. Our product allows you to produce quality concrete quickly and efficiently, even in demanding locations, such as busy intersections, downtown areas and ports.
We believe in mobility which gives you flexibility and autonomy. Its mobile character is not inferior to a stationary plant in terms of maintainability, efficiency or robustness. Thanks to its modular design, plug-in connections and factory-installed and precut cables, assembly is possible in just two days.
In order to be independent from an external power supply, the EUROMIX 100
S-Line can be equipped with a Caterpillar generator as an option.
The whole plant draws the highest capacity over just 300 m² of factory area. This product sets new standards for mobile concrete batching plants.
Transport
The Euromix 100 S-Line differs from conventional mixing plants in the way it is transported. With a width of just 2.55 m and a maximum weight of 28 t (per units), we can provide rapid installation that does not require any permits for heavy or special haulage. Based on this premise, the plants can be transported across standard traffic routes. By land, sea or rail - it's your choice.
The plant is shipped in two units. The first one consists of the aggregate storage systems, the weighing conveyor, optional generator, and all pneumatic components. The second unit comprises the feeding conveyor belt for the mixer, the twin-shaft compulsory mixer itself, a control cabin and the scales for the cement, water and additives. These two units are equipped with air-suspended chassis enabling the transport on only two truck trailers. Designed as semi trailers, these units have German vehicle registration documents and are TÜV-certified.
Innovations
Moving with the times, environmental protection is also spelled with a capital 'E' here at Nisbau. As well as helping to reduce CO2 emissions, we also use recycled materials in our concrete production. In this context, we feel it is worth mentioning recycled materials such as fly ash or slag, which are playing an ever-increasing role in traditional gravel/sand and cement applications. Taking these trends into account, we have developed a plant with the protection of the environment in mind. Thanks to its open system, this plant can recycle materials effectively and without difficulties that are otherwise hard to process. Produce your concrete the right time, at the right place, and in the right quantity. The environmentally friendly JIT (Just-in-time) production is in complete harmony with the climate change and the environmental protection issues of today. We are also setting new standards in terms of ruggedness and durability.
In order to prevent corrosive damage, our plants are galvanised according to DIN C5/M. This eliminates the risk of corrosion even in maritime regions and when the plant is used in areas close to saltwater. Thanks to our close cooperation with our national and international customers and the feedback and expertise thus gained, we have been able to develop an innovative plant that sets new standards in functionality and efficiency. We use state-of-the-art engineering standards to ensure a smooth production process. The EUROMIX 100 S-Line remains easy to operate and control in spite of its high-tech features, including twin-shaft compulsory mixers, moisture sensors PLC control systems, fully automated lubrication system for the mixer and a wide range of EU safety equipment.
Appropriate landings, platforms, and stair railings provide safe access to the individual components of the plant. Several maintenance hatches and access openings, e.g., on the mixer make maintenance easier. After in-depth training by the NISBAU support team, the use of the PLC control system, the NISBAU software and the operating program can be easily employed by your staff.
The in-line silos with a feeding width of 3.20 m ensure a fast, simple loading process by the wheel-type loaders. A maintenance-free transmission and a drum motor ensure a long service life and at the same time reduce the risk of any kind of production downtime. In regions where water is scarce, our water reservoir with a capacity of 5,000 litres can guarantee water supply on the construction site. In short, we have put our faith in a plant that does not place restrictions in what can be done, and a system that can be modified to meet the customer's requirements.
Control systems engineering
We constantly strive to develop innovative solutions in the area of control engineering. The new NISBAUTRONIC control system lets you experience a new dimension in control technology.
This is fully in accord with the following principle: A concrete batching plant is only as good as its control systems. With this in mind, we pulled out all the stops to build the solution that leaves nothing to be desired. As well as providing a wide range of configurations, numerous expendable parameters, it also allows you to manage individual document templates, such as delivery notes or invoices quickly and easily. As an additional service, we also offer the corresponding software in different languages, providing even simpler control that can breakdown any language barrier. Featuring full control and easy-to-follow visualization of all components, the plant has a work area that makes the user's day-to-day work with the plant easier and optimises each mixture.
