Euromix 100 Recycling/HGT

Recyclable materials are gaining increased significance in road construction. For this reason, it has become more and more important to develop systems that can process difficult and abrasive materials reliably.

Recyclable materials are quite often difficult to dose and due to their properties tend to solidify rapidly. Reinforced dosing hatches on the aggregate in-line silos, and strengthened vibration systems on the weighing chassis, allow this newly designed system not only to process all recycling materials but also clinker effortless. On one hand, the mechanically adjustable dosing hatches and a pulse contact control system can produce conventional transport concrete and, on the other hand, can hydraulically produce several batches during the day. The plant is equipped with fully automated cleaning equipment on the conveyor belts and hopper systems. This cleaning process will reduce the wear and tear of the plant components. This in turn increases the service life and makes the entire plant easy to maintain.
Upon request, the inside of the aggregate in-line silos can be lined with "Matrox" panels. Besides its high wear resistance, this material features surface properties that prevent any material from adhering to it. Additional vibration systems on the aggregate silos are not required. As an option, a humidity sensor can be integrated which measures the moisture and controls the respective settings. (Automatically adds/reduces the water content)
A hydraulic discharge hopper is installed underneath the mixer. Once the mixing cycle is finished, the mixture can be loaded onto a conventional mixer vehicle or on to a dumper truck. All processes are perfectly synchronized and make a production of the highest efficiency possible.
DUO MIX
The DUO MIX concept is based on the experiences gathered in road construction. Often cumbersome and stationary concrete plants can be seen on large-scale projects. However, these systems offer very little flexibility and require long preparation times. With the DUO MIX concept, we are setting new standards that are efficient, flexible, and without compromise.
DUO MIX consists of two EUROMIX 100 HGT plants. Upon request, a control system can be used to operate this combination of concrete plants, which can achieve a maximum discharge capacity of 220 m³/h. This system provides the option to work simultaneously, or to work in separate locations and at any desired time. The entire concept does not lack mobility and can be assembled and put into production within only two days.
The DUO MIX plant allows you to run very high production volumes and gives you the independence of both system components, therefore, reducing the risk of a complete breakdown during production to a minimum. Best suited for projects that cannot be realized with conventional concrete plants. Immense cost savings during transport and conversion are additional considerations. The idea of this design guarantees mobility and a system technology that has not existed before.
